Obra Social Gabriel Delanne is a non-governmental Organization, founded in 2007. We work on a non-profit basis and are financed through donations from individuals and companies. Our aim is to enable actions to improve the life of families, who face situations of social vulnerability. We offer different activities like music, street dance, ballet, capoeira, jiu-jitsu and computer classes.

The institution currently serves around 200 children and adolescents, between the age of 6 and 15. Our team consists of 37 employees, of which 22 are volunteers. It is open from Monday to Saturday. The children are provided with breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Additionally we take care of the children´s personal and general needs as for example hygiene.

The families we support come from the community of Novo Horizonte and surrounding areas. These families often live off a minimum wage or government aid. Therefore we understand it as our duty to advocate for them.
